software
Research software for stellar magnetism, spectropolarimetry, and astronomy workflows by Tianqi Cang.
I build research software for spectropolarimetric analysis, stellar magnetic-surface imaging, and astronomical literature tracking. Together, these tools connect spectra, physical inference, and the daily research workflow.

TESSA
TESSA (Tomographic Exploration of Stellar Surface Analysis Interface) is a web-based ZDI application for reconstructing stellar magnetic and brightness maps. It combines stellar surface and polarized line-profile models with a maximum-entropy inversion engine and an interactive interface for configuration, execution, and result visualization.
